Instructions

Place everything in a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste, and garnish with a sprinkle of sumac and a lil’ drizzle of olive oil. Toasted pita chips and snack peppers are the perfect dippers for this dip. 

Ingredients

  • 2 C cooked chickpeas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 6 T extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 T tahini
  • 3 tsp sumac
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 T lemon juice
